[Not reproducible] with LibreOffice 3.5.3.2 (Build-ID:
235ab8a-3802056-4a8fed3-2d66ea8-e241b80), German UI/Locale, running on MacOS X
10.6.8

I tried with a 290 pp. complex typesetting example (a proceecings volume with
mixed languages, tables, etc.): selecting all text at once and changing the
text color works just fine (and even fast, BTW!).

So I suppose this bug is specific to some (type of) document ... I can just
second Nino's question: please attach some sample document showing the crash in
question.
