Problem description: When opening the attached Microsoft Access templates, you
get the error message: 'Unrecognized database format'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice
2. Click on 'Database'
3. Select 'connect to an existing database.
4. select MS Access 2007
5. Click 'next'
6. Click 'Browse'
7. In the 'file name' field, type *.* and press 'enter'
8. Select the template
9. Click on 'Next'
10. Click 'Finish'
11. Click 'Save'


Current behavior:
When opening the attached database, LibreOffice gives the following error :

The connection to the data source "New Database" could not be established.
SQL Status: 3343
Error code: -2147467259
Unrecognized database format 'C:\TS001225351.accdt'.


Expected behavior:
The database is opened for editing.
