On pc Debian x86-64, with master sources updated today, I tried to reproduce
the problem by following comment4 (without creating table), I didn't succeed.
Base opened normally then I could click on Table tab (but not surprising it's
ok since there wasn't any table).

I noticed these logs during closing anyway:
