Weekly Budget Spreadsheet with formulas with cell references. No personal data.
Figures have been changed to preserve privacy.
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....open an EXCEL v95 file.
2. ....All formulas with a cell ref converted to Absolute.
C57 becomes $C$57.
3. ....If I clear out the $'s and save it it looks good until I open it again.
All of the $'s are back again. I just noticed that the spreadsheet may have
chosen EXCEL v5 instead of v95.
I uninstalled LibreOffice and installed OpenOffice. Once the file is cleaned
up, saved and opened, no $'s. Please fix LibreOffice. I like it better than
OpenOffice
