According to the following:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.2/os/OpenDocument-v1.2-os-part1.html#attribute-draw_style_element-draw_stroke-dash

draw:style="round" should cause the dashes to be rounded. However, the two
attached files differ only in this propertly, and appear to be pixel-for-pixel
identical.
