Not sure if this info is relevant now, but FWIW, moving to the end of a large
table (20,000+ records, 25+ columns) on Mac OS X.6 seems to be much worse with
the current LO version:
84 seconds - LO 3.6.0.4
7  seconds - LO 3.5.5
4  seconds - LO 3.4.6
Note: I'm connecting to the local DB in FILE MODE (using HSQLDB 2.8)
