Yes, I still have this bug in latest versions. 
For now I test on Ubuntu 12.04 with MATE desktop environment installed. I have
latest updates of Ubuntu and MATE. And I see this bug on this software too. And
I see same bug in OpenOffice 3.4.0. 
I see this bug only on MATE desktop environment. On GNOME desktop environment I
do not see this bug. On one system, when I start GNOME session I have not this
bug, but when I restart and login to MATE session I have this bug. 
I choose MATE because I do not like GNOME 3, but I like GNOME 2.x. MATE is
GNOME 2 fork and looks like GNOME 2, but open/save dialogs in LibreOffice and
OpenOffice not looks like in GNOME 2. This problem only in LO and OO. In other
software (for example in Firefox or in text editor) open/save dialogs looks
like in GNOME.
