Yes, WFM is intended, because the bug is no longer reproducible in 3.6 branch
and 3.7

But my versions listing is complete nonsense, thank you for the hint:

Problem *IS* reproducible with Server Installation of  "LibreOffice 3.6.0.4 
German UI/Locale [Build-ID:  932b512] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) 

but

the problem *is no longer* reproducible 
- with Server Installation of  "LibreOffice 3.6.1.0+  English UI/ German Locale
[Build-ID:  b0aac2a] on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) {tinderbox: Win-x86 at 9,
pull time 2012-08-11 00:16:39}
- with 3.7 Master
