I have reinstalled LO 3.6 by completely purging and deleting the profile files.
But the problem still existed.Currently i am using lo 3.5.6.2 provided by
ubuntu libreoffice team PPA which is working fine.

Only the problem exits with LO 3.6 which i had installed from LO pre-releases
PPA and also from the official LO.org website.
No, lo-nemubar is not installed as i am using Linuxmint MATE edition
