Problem description: In Version 3.6.0.4 (Build ID: 932b512)EN version, Extended
Tips for icons in 'Sort Writer Table' toolbar show both English and German text

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Within Writer, ensure that Sort Writer Table icons are shown by ticking
View-Toolbars-Sort Writer Table
2. ....place cursor over one of the icons in that toolbar
3. ....observe the extended tips shown 

Current behavior: the extended tips shown are both in English and German

Expected behavior:the extended tips shown should only be in EN

Platform (if different from the browser): Windows 7x64

Browser: Chrome/21.0.1180.79m
