Soory: maybe I´m confusing.
In Bugreport 52240 [1] is discussed "." and similar. But this is concerning
only date.
Currently on a international ML and on German a similar problem as you reported
is being discussed. I receive a great many mail daily. I can remember it only
vaguely.
