This bug can be reproduced (maybe) in this way:

Install addons - cooder, dmath, pdfimport, cadoo ( I always use those plug-ins
- maybe they can do something bad?)
Modify default Heading styles to something else ( change font size, type,
intend).
Modify default template to something else - change border, margins, background
image/color.

At this moment I'm using Office 3.4.5 - this bug is unreproducible with default
LO settings.
