test doc

Problem description:
The attached file is rendering differently in MS Word then in LO

Steps to reproduce:
1. open the attached document
2. you should see "cine-i" (this is what appears in MS word)
3. you will see "cinei"

Current behavior:
Saving the document as html in MS word, replaces the "-" with ‑
Saving the document as html in LO, replaces the "-" with what appears to be 0x1E (control character RS, aka Record Separator)
Copying the character from MS Word in clipboard: a space is actually in the clipboard buffer

Expected behavior:
It seems that MS is wrong here and I don't know what it is keeping in the file for the character, but I expected that LO to render the same thing.

Platform:
Windows and Fedora
