In the first line you see the empty casket and in the third line the EUR-Symbol
is shown in combination with ŧ within the same paragraph.

Problem description:
he Euro-Symbol is not displayed and not printed when using the font “Avant
Guard” only an empty casket is shown, except inserting a ŧ (AltGr+T)
or↓(AltGr+U) … or some other special character within the same paragraph.
Same behavior in presentation, draw and spreadsheet. In calc the “€” is shown
in the input line, because it is an other font.
It's tested under Debian and Ubuntu (x86 34 and 32 bit) with different versions
of LibreOffice.
When using OpenOffice the character is still displayed and printed.
The Problem is also discussed at nickles.de

Steps to reproduce:
1. type "€"
2. change the font to Avant Guard
3. and vice versa, first change the font and then typing "€"

Current behavior: An empty casket is shown and printed.

Expected behavior: The Euro symbol is displayed and also printed.

Platform (if different from the browser): Additional tested under different
Platforms.

Browser: Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux x86_64; U; de) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.60
