These are two different things when you go through the wizard. The first is for
physical text, empty presentation is just no text, the next step is to select
background (but still no text). If you select a template on step 1 there is
physical text, the next stage would again only be for backgrounds. This isn't a
bug but instead acts how it is supposed to act. Thanks for reporting, please
don't hesitate to report other bugs. Also if you have another comment on this
one please post it and we'll take a look at it. Thanks again
