Reading it again it actually isn't even bad documentation. It's just saying
that if completely different cell ranges have the same name, they are different
colors. If I'm not mistaken, that's exactly what your jpeg shows. If this isn't
the case please upload an actual document that I can see what you mean. I've
never used names before but on second glance I think it's working as intended
and that documentation is fine.
