Problem description: 
(1) Help to format pivot tables is lacking
(2) I was expecting a right-click menu for formatting a data field.  Norhing
happens when user right clicks on a data field.

Steps to reproduce:
1. create pivot table with data fields
2. in the wizard, right click on a data field


Current behavior:
there is no formatting sub-menu

Expected behavior:
there is a formatting sub-menu
