I inserted a jpg-graphic in a writer document. I chosed anchored as charakter.
If I shrink the graphic with the mouse the graphic becomes smaller correctly,
but the surrounding text stays in the same position of the graphic in original
size. If I increase the size of the graphic with the mouse the surrounding text
moves correctly.
