Thanks a lot, I can use the document :)

Note that to fix the error has been necessary 
set print ranges as 'entire sheet' on each single sheet;
it seems that the comamnd you suggested works
on the current sheet only.

About when print ranges where lost,
I created this documements some years ago with ooo,
then I switched to LO and after some LO versions the 
problem raised

so it has never been saved in .xls format
