how bug appears and can be overcome (2 pages .odp)

After downsizing an imported image (anchored as a character), text below this
image keep its position before image resizing, leaving a gap at the image
bottom.
This can be solved adding a <space> after the resized image

(Win XP 32 SP3 professional edition)
