With better information from your side, we might be able to locate a possible
bug.
E.g.

Is it possible to share the file?
If not, what type of file is it? (.odt, .doc)
History maybe (recent, old .sxw, or old .doc, or...)
Special content, e.g. thousands pages, hunderds of tables/images (not that is
should matterd, but hey...)
