what do you mean with "drag a snap line out of the ruler"? If you remove a snap
line out of the ruler, you remove it out of your document (so it is described
in the Help from LO) ... ;) Could you provide a step-by-step instruction (or
maybe attach some screenshots to this bug)? I am not sure, if I understand you
correctly here ... :(
