Problem description: Cannot move slides in Side Pane by drag-and-drop. Worked
until I updated to 3.5.4.2.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open existing .odp slide show.
2. Try to drag slide to another position between two other slides.
3. Dragged slide appears at top of list.

Current behavior: (as described)

Expected behavior: Slide should appear between slides mouse button is released
over.
