Currently this feature is available under Help -> Send Feedback...

I would like to change the wording to "File a bug...", as the link directly
links to the wiki bug page (not freedesktop but it's easy enough to get there).
It's better to link to the wiki so users (hopefully) read this to learn how to
file a bug with libreoffice to make it easier on us to properly assign. 

Also raising to a trivial low bug because it's just a label change to be
clearer.

Apologize for the double post, should have checked before submitting my last
