Not for me! Sometime it works "sufficient" (not better), most time it's a pain. 

Not a Database problem or similar (IMHO), at least no problems with
<http://www.libreoffice.org/>, that works fine.

Bad with FF, IE (up to date)
Seamonkey works even much worse, so there might be a Browser related component

I now am watching <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details#WWW>
for 5 minutes an loading still has not terminated
