Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. ....install libreoffice - win7, 4gb ram, 1 tb harddisk, sp1
2. ....open database from main window
3. ....program cannot open, windows will search for a solution, then closes
with no webpage with any help.

Now i have opened it up once via librewriter it seems to be working ok - bit
disconcerting!

Current behavior:
Unable to open database unless go into writer and then select a file to open
from there, then it will open
Expected behavior:Open from icon when libreoffice is started up

Platform (if different from the browser):win7

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/13.0.1:      firefox 13.01
