Not reproducible with any of the hundreds of WIN XP and WIN7 versions I tested
on 32 bit or 34 bit.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately you are wrong here, this is the Bug
tracking system, not a helpdesk! Your problem is not a general LibO problem,
but a problem on your PC (may be caused by ZoneAlarm). You can get assistance
