I have high hopes for the above fix. 

But because I can't reproduce the crashes, e.g. of comment #19 I'd like if
someone who can reproduce the crash could e.g. try tomorrow or so if the
windows daily build from tomorrow or later no longer crashes,

and ideally if one if the earlier builds
(http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/W2008R2@20-With-Symbol-Bytemark-Hosting/master/)
does crash.
