I have changed the summary and importance after I've tried to insert Writer OLE
object to drawing document. There is the same bug. I've also tried to insert
one to spreadsheet and it was also ridiculous but slightly another way. 
Sorry if I done something wrong, the importance field is not described on help
page. But if this bug completely stops you from using the release, it has the
highest importance imho.
