text edit options those appear when text is entered directly on the page VS
options those appear when text box is used

Problem description: 
When Text box is inserted in writer, it doesn't provide enough options for text
editing like (bullets , Numbers , Text Colour , Background Colour etc.)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert text box in writer document
2. Type some text
3. Select the text

Current behavior:
Doesn't show up Text Edit options like bullets , Numbers , Text Colour ,
Background Colour etc.
If we want to change the colous, we have to go long way ... right click on text
--> Character --> Font effects --> font colour , then change the colour.
If we want to change background of selected text only (Not entire text box)
then I did not find any relevant option
If we want to use any numbering / bullets inside a text box ... we have to
manually assign the numbers or insert symbol for the bullets.

Expected behavior:
Text in text box should be easy & free to edit as per the wish.
