my spreadsheet that was used as data source in writer

Problem description:
I have created an spreadsheet with calc and used it as data source to create a
serial letter with writer. In my spreadsheet i have formated all the columns as
needed, but writer applies the formating just for some of the columns not for
all.

Steps to reproduce:
1. see attached ods spreadsheet
2. see attached odt serial letter

Current behavior:
When printing the serial letter only the formatting of the column
"GuthabenNachzahlung" is correct, but all the others columns "Kosten",
"AbschlagAlt" .. is missing. You can see the missing formatting also in the
data source explorer (F4 shortcut).

Expected behavior:
All the formatting i define in calc spreadsheet should be automatically applied
in the writer serial letter.

Platform (if different from the browser):

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/13.0.1
