To traverse a simple table of just over 5000 records takes about 4 seconds with
LibreOffice version 3.5.5rc2, while the same operation on the same database
takes about 20 seconds using 3.6.0rc1. I tried this with both the latest Oracle
Java (1.7.0_05) and an older Sun Java (1.6.0_21), with the same results.
