I just did a test with .docx footnotes and it worked flawlessly (Build ID:
350m1(Build:2). 

Please upload a document to display the behavior, until then I'm going to mark
it as NEEDINFO. If it's classified then just give as much information as
possible about the document (what software created this document, how many
pages, did it ever work?....as much as possible). 

Thanks for helping us pinpoint this one, hopefully we can find the problem
