<http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/portable/> offers 3.5.5,
but that page can not be reached from a.m. URL

Other problem on that page:
Release Notes link leads to 
<http://www.libreoffice.org/download/release-notes/>, what only 
provides obsolete "LibreOffice 3.5.4 Final (2012-05-30)" info
