Point zero releases always contain known bugs, they are for the ethusiasts who
can't wait to try new features. Hopefully the bugs you mentioned above will be
fixed in one of the 3.6.x releases. I CC-ed a student, Janos Uray, who will
have a look at them in the coming weeks.
