This WMF is actually "wrapper" for bitmap in DibStretchBlt record.
Bitmap is 1 BPP file, which could be important, because similar WMF with 8BPP
image seems to work fine.
I've tried to insert 1bpp bitmap as an image and use it to fill area. In both
cases LO was able to render it properly.
Therefore only "1BPP wrapped into WMF added as a shape fill" makes the problem.
