Compares XML

When I open both resulting  .fodt, the one from 3.6.0 has 731 Words / 23025
Characters, 355 document 708 / 22129
Both documents have only 1 "office:automatic-styles" area.

Comparing xml of both documents shows some differences, but I can't see
reporter's problem.
