Maybe a strange idea, but: you could try to install the one or the other of the
window management utilities which rely heavily on MacOS accessibility features
and which are known to trigger this (or a very very similar) bug; AFAIK, such
utilities are 
  * Moom      (see bug 42014)
  * Cinch     (see bug 51791)
  * RightZoom (see bug 51686)
  * ShiftIt   (see bug 52147)
... The singular bug reports cited above all give some hints which actions seem
to crash LibO most often when the specific utility is installed.
