Hi,

The bug is still present in 3.5.4. It's quite simple to test:

- start localc.
- edit cell A1, while editing press insert (should change to overwrite mode)
and end the cell edition pressing enter being in the overwrite mode.
- place yourself again in cell A1, move cursor left to overwrite the 4 with a
5.

While editing the entry line show 1235, and cell shows 12354.

The end result is that A1 ends up with a 12354 value.

The expected result is to end up with a 1235 value.
