On inserting an DL Envelope into a doc and printing using and epson dx4050
printer the address is printed wrong.

Basically repeats printing only part of the address on the right hand side of
the envelope after printing correctly the address on the left hand side of the
envelope.

It looks to be a hand-me-down and never fixed from openoffice.  Never could
deal with DL envelopes.
