The bug was in the versions _before_ 3.5.5!
After this fix many users (me included) now are astonished what a lot of very
big borders they have in their old spreadsheets. That's the problem you see in
your sample, with 3.4 1.0 pt borders looked as if they were 0.05 pt, now they
look as thick as format-Border dialog shows.

For me that was a small problem, because I consequently use styles. I simply
reduced the border width in the styles. But users who did many manual border
amendments will have a lot of work with their old documents. If you need
