See if removing your per user LibreOffice configuration folder on both machines
and allowing them to be rebuilt with defaults will clear the error.

On XP C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\LibreOffice
On Win7 C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice
