Thomas Bigler was so nice to create a "depends dump" for shlxthdl_x64.dll which
I attach to this bug report (thank you very much, Thomas!). If we understand
the dump correctly, the bad boys are
  MSVCR90.DLL
  IESHIMS.DLL
-- but please analyse the dump yourself. Hope it helps!
