Labels will allways be hidden, datafields not.

Open the Report-Builder for editing a report. Take a Label-Field. Look at the
properties. There you can change to "Print repeated values" "No". When you
choose this option for a Label-Field, it isn't shown any more - if repeated or
if not repeated.
Take a Text-Box. Cange it to "Print repeated values" "No". When you choose this
option for a Text-Box it is shown, whether it is repeated or not.
