Hi Eike,

I am from Vienna, my timezon setting is 
"(UTC+01:00) Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rom, Stockholm, Wien"
with "Uhr automatisch auf Sommer-/Winterzeit umstellen" enabled.

Windows7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
