We need the redist module, because it is not part of the operating system and
LibreOffice cannot work without it. Currently it is part of the gm_Root
feature. I wonder what happens, if I put it under gm_Vcredist feature. That way
users could suppress its installation from the command line:

msiexec /i LibO<whatever>.msi REMOVE=gm_Vcredist

Let me check.
