Confirmed with LibO 3.4.5 on Windows XP / Vista 64.

Images (boxes - smart art?) on page one are replaced with empty paragraphs.

Not really good, but usable with LibO 3.5.1 Beta1, boxes and text are visible,
but have no rounded edges etc.
