This bug first appeared in OO3.2 ( see
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=110141)
But it is still not fixed.

The FilePicker is one of the most used functions in Macros, Extensions, and
Templates. And therefore this bug should be fixed soon.
