Problem description: 
LibreOffice crashes if custom dictionary renamed

Steps to reproduce:
1. Close LO
2. Rename custom dictionary (eg from Harry Potter to FanFiction)
3. Open LO and go to Tools> Options> Language Settings> and click on Writing
Aids
4. LO Crashes
5. Restart LO and this time Writing Aids opens and shows the old dictionary had
gone and the new one is shown (unticked)

Expected behavior:
Step 5
