Nope, it still does not.  But in theory we could provide Biff8 to the clipboard
with some effort, though that won't help pasting from OOo to us (unless OOo
does the same modification in their clipboard code).

Yes, that's the proper fix.  That would also solve another issue (of pasting
from Calc to Excel).
